Human Resource Executive (Female Only)

We are seeking for an HR Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

1. Identifying manpower requirements, taking them up to the HR Head for approval

2. Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process

3. Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities

4. Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process

5. Liasioning with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time

6. Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required

7. Assisting the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR operations.

8. Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and

handling HR documentation.

Qualifications:

MBA in HR or any relevant qualification is required.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, Training Co-ordination, or

talent acquisition is required.

Freshers are also welcome

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Should be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English.

Proficiency in MS Oice Suite, Power point and MS Excel is a must.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
