Responsibilities:

1) Source potential candidates based on given Job descriptions from various online channels (.:- Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc).

2) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

3) Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)

4) Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

5) Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview.

6) Candidate management Coordination and scheduling for Interviews. Post-offer engagements with the selected candidates. Develops strong in-house sourcing and assessment capabilities.

7) Interview Feedback Collation and maintaining the Interview Tracker.

8) Adherence to targets.

9) Source candidates for bulk hirings and lateral positions.
