Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Source potential candidates based on given Job descriptions from various online channels (.:- Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc).

2) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

3) Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person.

4) Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

5) Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview.

6) Candidate management – Coordination and scheduling for Interviews. Post-offer engagements with the selected candidates. Develops strong in-house sourcing and assessment capabilities.

7) Interview Feedback Collation and maintaining the Interview Tracker.

Adherence to targets.

8) Source candidates for bulk hirings and lateral positions.
