4 Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations
and development plans.
5 Policy Development and Compliance: Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6 Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs.
7 HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
8 Data Management and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and identify trends within the organization.
9 Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
10 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
12 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
