We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources. The HR Executive will assist in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Support:

- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.

- Help in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.

- Onboarding Assistance:

- Prepare and manage onboarding materials for new hires.

- Assist in organizing orientation sessions and training programs.

- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.

- Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain and update employee records and databases.

- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.

- Support day-to-day HR operations and assist with administrative tasks.

- Employee Engagement:

- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

- Assist in gathering feedback and maintaining employee satisfaction.

- Compliance and Documentation:

- Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

- Help in preparing reports and maintaining HR documentation.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus, but not required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
