Senior Human Resource Development Manager
Qualification : Post Graduation in Human resource management (HRM) / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Business Administration (with HR specialisation) / Psychology/ Sociology.
Experience – Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in the Human Resource Management function in a manufacturing company with a proven track record in talent management, training, and development. The career seeker is expected to have a good knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulation and should possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
