HUB-Admin
Responsible for solving managing the Non Clinical work in Hub, including the projects and reports within them and the users assigned to work on those projects.
Responsibilities & Skills
• Assist the smooth and efficient running of daily Hub activities.
• Ensure to make and maintain roaster of Technicians in a proper manner.
• Have a basic awareness/ability to deal with challenging behavior.
• Answering telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Delivering accurate and complete messages, transferring calls as appropriate to team mates
• Maintain appropriate levels of non-clinical consumables.
• Ensure records, information systems and files are maintained accurately, to allow a clear audit trail.
• Act as a chaperone for clinicians when requested.
• Work safely at all times in accordance with legislation and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Carry out any other administrative duties as deemed necessary by the management team.
• Minimum 1-4 years of relevant administrative experience is must
• Should be good in Email and English communication.
• Should be flexible with rotational shift.
