Responsible for solving managing the Non Clinical work in Hub, including the projects and reports within them and the users assigned to work on those projects.

Responsibilities & Skills

Assist the smooth and efficient running of daily Hub activities.

Ensure to make and maintain roaster of Technicians in a proper manner.

Have a basic awareness/ability to deal with challenging behavior.

Answering telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner.

Delivering accurate and complete messages, transferring calls as appropriate to team mates

Maintain appropriate levels of non-clinical consumables.

Ensure records, information systems and files are maintained accurately, to allow a clear audit trail.

Act as a chaperone for clinicians when requested.

Work safely at all times in accordance with legislation and in line with company policies and procedures.

Carry out any other administrative duties as deemed necessary by the management team.

Minimum 1-4 years of relevant administrative experience is must

Should be good in Email and English communication.

Should be flexible with rotational shift.
