job Summary:
the Job of Local Qhses Representative, is to Inspect and Work On Qhses Activities Within Companys Qhses to Ensure Compliance with Established Qhses Standards Using Various Inspection Techniques. the Entire Assigned Task Should Be Performed in Accordance with the Companys Qhses Sops and Ims Guidelines. Responsible for Assisting to Maintain the Companys Integrated Management Systems (ims) At Qhses Regional Level
qualifications:
education And/or Experience Requirements:
minimum One Year in a Similar Position or Five Year Progressed in the Same Field Within Industry.
knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
attained quality and Hse Professional Certificates.
attained Knowledge of Iso Standards and Its Implementation Preferred.
knowledge of the Qhses Implementation At Officeswarehouses Sites.
knowledge of Ims Inspection Techniques -checklist and Procedures.
follow Up Internally and Work with Team to Get the Same Filled.
ability to Interpret and Apply Standards, Rules, and Regulations.
ability to Observe Critically, Obtain Accurate Data, and Prepare Reports.
good Ms Office Skills (excel & Powerpoint is Important)
iosh, Nebosh Certification Preferred.
duties and Responsibilities:

coordinates and Supports the Qhses to Ensure all Qhses Requirements are Duly Filled in for the Branches in India.
take Assistance from the Corporate Qhses Manager or Regional Qhses Manager for Guidance if Required.
updates all Weekly, Bi- Weekly Safety S Report On the Different Variables and Keeps a Record of the Same.
inspects His/her Site and Checks for Noncompliance On Hsse By Conducting a Site Tour.
regularly Checks for and Pushes for Closures for Identified Ncs Across India Offices.
ensure the Hsse Documents are Compiled Accurately and Archived.
