Job Description;

· Minimum 6 years of experience required in hospitality and Catering operation, in similar position

· Should be a Graduate holding at least a HACCP. HABC level certification.

· Qualified in implementation of EMS, OSHAD , QMS and QHSE practices

· Should have excellent analytical and MS Office skills

· Food safety knowledge is must

· Fluency in written and verbal English language

· Should be confident and possess a strong personality

· Ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook

· Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures

· Possess excellent training and report writing skills

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

· Should be young, dynamic and a team player

Job Requirement:

5-6 Years experienced HSE department in food and catering background
