Designation - HR trainer | HR Generalist
• Requirement for HR Executive - Training Development.
• Knowledge of HR Operations.
• Hands-on Experience in Recruitment
• Conduct online lectures for students
• Conduct quiz n test
• Resolve student queries
• Prepare for interviews
• Knowledge of Statutory Compliance like Pf, Pt, Esi, Bonus, Gratuity, Ctc, Tds, etc
• Knowledge Of Payroll is expected.
• Candidate has to train the fresher HR aspirants in various aspects of HR like Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll, SHRM, etc.
• Designing training programs and materials.
• Preparing training schedules.
• Conduct training on different aspects of HR to identified subjects.
• Candidate must be able to learn new updates in the profile.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and convincing Skills.
KEY Skills :
• Recruitment, TD, PMS, KRA, and KPI till FNFS, Labor laws, Payroll, statutory compliance
• All HR functions knowledge
• Good at explaining with examples
• Excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent in Ms- Office especially PowerPoint.
Education: PG: MBA in HR
Experience:
Industry Experience 3-7 years
Teaching Experience 2-5 years
Location: Pune
