1. Conducting Training Sessions for New Employees
2. Experience in conducting various training sessions for enhancing the performance of Employees
3. Collate the data for Training Need Identification.
4. Ability to drive independently Personality Development and Soft Skills Training.
5. Execute training modules and conduct the training.
6. Initiating or being a part of major improvement initiatives towards betterment of training practices, measurement, and overall process improvement through periodic feedback.
7. Create and maintain a Positive and Professional learning environment.
Desired Candidate
1. 2-3 Years of experience in Soft Skills / Personality Development Training.
2. Experience in handling Professionals.
3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
4. Good content knowledge (Verbal and written communication, Grooming skills etc.)
5. Qualification: Graduates or Postgraduates
