Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, orientation sessions, and introduction plans and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases as needed.
Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Support the payroll and benefits administration process.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in performance management and employee relations initiatives.
Creating Hiring Decks.
Design and execute engaging campaigns for various HR initiatives, using your creative spark to bring ideas to life.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
Passion for exploring how technology can transform HR practices.
