Roles And Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle HR-related documentation.
Maintain employee attendance and update it accordingly.
Spearhead seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
Efficiently handle the exit process, ensuring a positive departure experience.
