* Company Profile:- Space Consultant, A 15 years old recruitment consultant registered in MSME Act, and labor Act.

* Number of vacancies: 3

*Qualification Anybody can apply ( preferred MBA, BBA, etc)

*Shift (Job timing) Normal 9:30 Am 6:30 PM

*Experience Fresher OR candidate working as a recruiter with some reputed recruitment consultant.

*Per Month Salary (Breakup)

Fixed(Not based on target):- Up to 40K PM depending upon skill and experience

Variable(based on Target):-

*Work Details & Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting, and internal Database

Effectively using a personal network, built-up database, digital platforms, and referrals for reaching

passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews, and shortlisting candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effectively built relationships with Employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator

*Skills required Good communications skill in English and Hindi

Essential Conditions

The candidate must be from Greater Noida.

Fresher or candidates working with a recruitment consultant.

Good knowledge of the internet.

Decent communication skills.

Must have own laptop

*Students who are currently doing MBA from some greater Noida institutes can join.
