Responsibilities:
To Manage HR activities, including wage register, prepare Employees salary slips, maintain attendance of the employees, resolve day to day issue of the employees.
To Handle payroll process with a focus on statutory compliances (PF & ESIC).
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Proven experience working as an HR + Payroll process
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience working as an HR + Payroll Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR.
