Sap Implement work in Vectus .SAP HR Module.
Processing payroll, Preparing salary & wages statements on SAP HR MODULE and Forwarding to
Accounts team for crediting employees salary.
Executing Time Office functions such as Attendance monitoring, Leave calculation, Over Time
allowance Deducting Advances and Computing gross salary.
Deducting PF/ESI contributions, Filing returns and Remitting dues within stipulated time.
Filing half-yearly returns of factory act (Form 22 & 21 ), Bonus returns, Minimum wages act return,
Payment of Wages act returns,Employement Exchange Department Return and Labour Act Annual
Return etc. to concerned departments and Annual Renewal License maintaine under factory act, Fire
Noc and Labour Act.
Consolidating MIS reports with key data on New joiners, Relieved employees, No. of open positions,
Attrition rate and submitting to management on a regular basis
Carrying out performance review of all employees based on pre-set performance indicators and
preparing list of employees eligible for confirmation, promotion and increment
Handling exit formalities such as employees counseling, conducting exit interviews, issuing of
relieving & experience letters, processing full and final settlement
