Primary Role:
- To ensure that all interview are conducted as per schedule & feedback are received from each and every place.
- To provide such received feedback to the recruitment head and take necessary actions as suggested by him.
- To understand the Job Profile and provide candidate accordingly for various Requirement.
- To do initial screening via telephonic interview & to find out interested candidate suitable for the open position
- To gather data from various sources available for screening the candidate suitable for the organization.
- To provide data of recruitment to Recruitment Head as and when demanded.
- To coordinate the interview with the zonal HR person and ensure that all candidates turn up for the interview.
Secondary Role:
- To provide support for other HR related work as and when asked for.
