Fashion TV is now looking for: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Qualifications:

Management Graduate in any of the following:

- Masters in Human Resources

- Bachelor's Degree

- Diploma In Human Resources

- Any Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM/Masters)

Exposure and Knowledge of any of this:

- Recruitment

- Non-IT Recruitment

- Talent Acquisition

- Digital Marketing

- Business Verticals hiring

Experience:

Minimum 2 Years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

Filling positions within the organization (In-house Recruitment)

Designing and Implementing recruiting systems for the organization.

Developing own network of suitable candidates.

Handling of administration and record-keeping.

Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Interviewing candidates.

Networking with various institutions and social media.

Negotiation skills.

On-boarding process.

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelors in Human Resources.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).

Excellent record keeping.
