Your Responsibilities

1. Ensure HR policies are followed through the organization & organizational values are practiced in the right spirit

2. Streamline and coordinate HR operations like payroll, employee engagement, leave, attendance, onboarding, confirmations, appraisals & exit management

3. Work closely with the recruitment team & source potential candidates from various recruitment channels such as job portals, referrals, internal database, and networking

4. Screen, coordinate, and shortlist applicant resumes and conduct periodic feedback sessions with the hiring managers to discuss the effectiveness of screening criterion
