Responsibilities and Duties
Database collection, arranging interviews, tests, and recruitment.
Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance team, reception.
Maintaining Employee Database.
Maintaining attendance and leaving records of employees.
Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.
Key Skills
Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
Ability to deal with people politely.
Willingness to learn.
