Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally.
Management of vacancies in Workday system and timely updating for business reviews, ensuring data accuracy.
Manage Job Applications received and respond to candidates in timely manner.
Screening Short-listing the relevant candidates as per Job profile.
Ability to evaluate / identify the right candidate with culture / monetary and behavioural fitments of the candidate. Follow
Demonstrates strong independent thinking and decision- making ability.
Present Recruitment progress to HR Manager on recurring basis and share daily Recruitment trackers.
Prepare Offer Comparators for the candidates and propose to HR Manager for approval.
Roll-out offer letters to the candidates and ensure Pre-joining formalities are completed.
Keeping the stakeholders informed on the future joiners with a forecast list for all future joiners.
Engage with the offered candidate and ensure regular connect for joining.
Ensure the Pre-Joining formalities are completed as per timeliness provided, raise flags in a timely manner when they not adhered to.
