Job Description

To coordinate with the field staff regarding their daily work report and daily report.

To motivate the field staff to achieve their target.

To help in day to day recruitment cycle through job postings, formulating HR policies, attendance management of the field staff.

To manage the payroll processing.

To organize training and seminar sessions for the new joiners.

To perform other admin duties as and when required.
