Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and personal referrals as per the requirements.
Knowledge of sourcing candidates through job postings, bulk mailing, referencing, and headhunting.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates, managers etc. Conducting first round of telephonic Interviews.
Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment cycle in the company by co-ordination with candidates and management team to ensure the entire interview process is done effectively.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, being involved in the end- to - end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, follow up and joining.
Responsible for handling employees joining to exit formalities, Inductions, Daily Attendance & Leave Management, Maintaining employees personal records etc.
Responsible for keeping eye on the Interviews /Shortlisting and joining of the offered candidates and making candidates joining formalities smooth.
Responsible for Interacting with management on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and drive it independently.
Responsible for negotiating salaries/rate with candidates and negotiating salaries.
Responsible for co-ordination with the management for employee on boarding.
Responsible for performing daily administration tasks & various procurement.
Advertising job opening on companies career page, social media, job boards and internally.
Handle all admin related responsibilities which will include handling management and floor management.
Conduct basic training sessions for new joiners
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 2 to 4 years of work experience as a Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats
A bachelor's degree in HR or IT or relevant degree.
Experience in recruitment processes and
