HR Recruiter
Skillbirds Technologies is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the company's recruitment work. The candidate is required to identify potential talents and evaluate them if they fit for the role. The candidate will play a key role in finding fresh talents that will help us build a strong brand.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and create job descriptions according to the company's requirements.
Find potential candidates from various channels like Naukri, shine, indeed, social media, etc.
Check the job applications coming through various channels and invite the potential candidates for an interview.
Send emails with job offers to potential candidates.
Interview candidates (over the telephone, video calling, or in person) to evaluate if they fit the role.
Keep a track of the interviewed and selected candidates.
Explain to the hired candidates about their roles and responsibilities.
Explain the company's policies with newly hired candidates.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Experience of 6months-2 years as a recruiter.
Have the knowledge of sourcing candidates through various channels.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Have knowledge of MS Office and working on the Internet.
Should be able to draft professional emails.
