We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, etc.
HR Generalist responsibilities and duties
Prepare Job Description and Post the opening on Job portals.
Screen and review the candidature applications received.
Interviewing and shortlisting the candidates for the Final rounds.
Assigning and scheduling Final Interview Rounds.
Maintain employee database and Prepare termination and severance letters.
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Offer proactive recruiting assistance
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information without breech for both personnel and corporate matters.
HR Generalist qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
5+ years’ experience in HR Generalist and Operations
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
