Job Description

Required Candidate profile – HR Recruiter

What would make you a good fit for this role:

Recruitment experience with at least 2 years is must.

Strong Experience in End to End Recruitment Life Cycle (Sourcing to Onboarding).

Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites

Proven experience as an Pure HR Recruitment

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Good knowledge of employment/labour laws

Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

Undertake tasks around performance management

Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

What are your responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate needs to screen the candidature – White collard and recruit the right candidate to our required sites by the provided deadlines.

• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, and recommending courses of action.

• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution.

• Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
