Recruitment/New Hire Process:
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Collecting employment and tax information
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Preparing new employee files
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• Bank A/C form submission , Account to be Opened within 1 month of joining
• Documents Verification
• Appointment letter Bond to be sent & received back from employee within one month.
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
Administration:
• Attendance entry on daily basis
• Every Saturday attendance verification
• Monthly attendance data to be sent to employee for Sign and stamp, deadline 28th of every month
• Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
• Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a highly visible role
