Recruitment/New Hire Process:
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Collecting employment and tax information
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparing new employee files
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Bank A/C form submission , Account to be Opened within 1 month of joining
Documents Verification
Appointment letter Bond to be sent & received back from employee within one month.
Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
Administration:
Attendance entry on daily basis
Every Saturday attendance verification
Monthly attendance data to be sent to employee for Sign and stamp, deadline 28th of every month
Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a highly visible role
