We are looking for HR Recruiter:-

Experience:-Fresher/Experienced (both can apply)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and following through until the candidate joins.

Understands the Talent Pool available and identifies the key motivators for them to join an organization.

Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.

Do effective discussions on Salary to ensure a fair remuneration package for the member basis their skillset.

Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers basis the JD provided.

Hands on Job Boards like Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Diva, Indeed , employee references and personal references.
