As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring team spirit and diversity of thought. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Aodh. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. Youll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.

Documenting the HR process & HR guidelines
Working closely with top management and understand their hiring requirements
Prepare & follow the strategies and processes for hiring senior technical people for a growth-stage startup.
Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms
Schedule virtual - technical & face to face interviews
Follow Up with the consultants partnered with us everyday
Check & update the profiles aired in different platforms every da
Sourcing and screening the resumes through job portals.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Managing the entire recruitment cycle
Partnering with consultants to determine staffing needs
Coordinating interviews with the consultants
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interview
