Working Hours: 8:00 AM IST 5:00 PM IST Mon Fri (Alternative Saturday, depends on business requirements)
The Role:
Handling end to end recruitment with ability to manage multiple requirements at a time.
Conducting initial screening in order to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics, professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before processing
Candidate should be well versed with Job portal like; Naukri/ Monster/ Times jobs etc.
Handling recruitments for all BPO functions including middle level hiring.
Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they have any issues such as, compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc.
Should have (preferably) handled hiring for outbound telesales candidates for International market
Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures
Should be able to manage vendors
