Handling end-to-end Recruitment Process.

Recruitment, sourcing, screening, client handling, co- ordinate withcandidates.

Understanding the job description and job specification of aparticular vacancy.

Screening &Short listing candidates profile from sourcing method like Web portals (i., LinkedIn, ) as per the requirements of clients.

Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position (jobdescriptions).

Coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listingcandidates.
