Job Description

1) Assistanting to Managing Director.

2) Arrange Candidate Interviews.

3) Search for Suitable Candidate for Vacancies, follow up & collect & scrutinizing / verifying the CV.

4) Telephonic conversation with candidates & shortlisting candidates for respective interview.

5) Negotiation with Selected candidate for CTC finalization & finalize the CTC for candidates with the Head.

6) Sending offer letters via email to candidates.

7) Calling the Existing client for new Requirement.
