Salary: Upto 18,000/- with inciting incentives!

Office Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off. Sundays fixed off.

Job Brief:

• Supervise administrative functions.

• Coordinate and evaluate HR plans and programs.

• Manage the company recruitment process.

• Develop fair HR policies.

• Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement.

• Conducting preliminary interviews.

• Lionizing/Requirement gathering with the client.

• CV screening/shortlisting.

• Cold Calling.

• Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates/resources.

• Resolving queries from potential candidates/resources in regards to the subjected requirement.

• Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.

• Validating & verification check.

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to have excellent communication skills.

• Should have expertise in the HR department

• Strong presentation skills with generous vocabulary.

• Candidates should possess great leadership skills.
