Manage full cycle contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing and building an internal database.

Effective use of job portals like Indeed, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn.

Establish and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.

Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.

Work on one of the best Applicant tracking database available.
