• Manage full cycle contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing and building an internal database.

• Effective use of job portals like Indeed, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn.

• Establish and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.

• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.

• Work on one of the best Applicant tracking database available.
