1) Hiring:
- Hiring through Different Medium (Poaching, Reference, Store Visit etc.)
- Coordinate with respective departments for Manpower requisition process
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary round of interview.
- Scheduling interview with Operation Manager & Final round with HR
- Salary Negotiation
- Joining Formalities
- Actively participate in Job fair or any other activity/event to attract talent
2) Employee Communications:
- Visit to the store and Communicating with frontline sales staff and motivate them to do better.
3) Performance Evaluation:
- Archive sales staff performance and schedule the training with training team.
-Emailers and certificates to felicitate Star Performers
- Follow-up with respective HODs for completion of Annual evaluations as per deadline. Filing the data for evaluations
4) Employee Personal Files:
- Updating & Maintenance of all Employee Files.
5) Exit
Conducting and maintaining exit interviews and sharing feedback
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication in English & Hindi (Kannada will be an advantage)
- Well versed with MS Office Applications
