Position: HR / Sr HR
Exp – Min 6 to 8yrs
Education: Any graduate / MBA – HR
Remuneration: As per company Standards.
Proven work experience as an HR Operations & HR Generalist position with very good communication skills.
Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process
Must have experience in End-to-End HR process [ From sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, induction, Preparing Monthly salary statements, Employee letters, Employee engagement activities, Maintain Employee records, Annual Appraisals and till exit formalities]
Good knowledge of labour law
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, and all other relevant topics
Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Salary package will be depending on their previous company CTC,
