Candidate will be expected to handle end to end recruitment cycle of an employee. Must be comfortable using recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.

Should be able to meet manpower requirements on time.

Handling payroll and compliance.

Handling end to end recruitment and HR Operations for the site.

Meeting monthly hiring numbers.

Taking corrective actions to control attrition of the center.

Responsilbe for Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Meetings, Training and Interviews, Managing Staff Salary, Pf, Bonus, Solving Employees Problems.
