Providing recruitment reports to team.
Good decisionmaking skills
Should be willing to talk to candidates over telephonic calls
Must have experience in hiring at multiple levels.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Technical skills
Basic Computer MSWord, Excel
Reputed HR Management softwares
LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, etc.
Eligibility
Any Bachelors Degree
Hands on experience with minimum of 2-3 Years of IT domain
Ability to communicate effectively
Able to relocate to Bangalore
Proven work experience in recruitment preferably in information
