Job brief
We are looking for an HR assistant manager/manager to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between Management/Heads and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
An ideal candidate for the human resources position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an added advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and lead or assist in more complex HR duties, like listed below. You will also be able to assist organisation in the life cycle recruitment (. on boarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.) You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees through entire aspects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analysing job requirements and finalising candidates for interviews.
Manpower planning in consultation with the functional heads
Salary structure, salary slips preparation and understanding.
Perform reference checks on potential employees.
Entry and exit interview setup, evaluation & induction with certain training programs. The complete process of new joining employees and exiting employees.
Mapping and documenting of all process related to the recruitment functions.
Design and implementation of souring strategy.
Attendance & late comings watch and necessary actions and warnings.
Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
Ideas and design of various policies and implementation process.
Maintenance and making of organisation workflow and documentation
