We are looking to recruit a HR Recruiter / HR executive. Candidate should have required skills and qualifications can apply for the same.
Fresher who is interested in this field will be considered when they meet the criteria and willingness to learn more.
Exp: 2 to 5 years
Must experience in CRM applicant tracking system (ATS).
Must have experience in compliance process of the recruitment cycle of the candidates.
Must have excellent communication in English both written and verbal.
Must be experienced in handling bulk requirement on qualitative level of hiring.
Experience in all social media recruiting.
Should be a strategist and should be expertise on delegation of work.
Timely delivery of Talent as per project requirement.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
Must be reliable, flexible at work and dedicated team player.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Location : Work from home will be considered at the initial stage but the regular work will be in office in 4-12 weeks in Chengalpattu.
