We are providing an opportunity for 6 candidates of GREATER NOIDA for the role HR Recruiter for our Head Office in Greater Noida, Alpha 1, who will be:

• Handling end to end Recruitment.

• Handling full life-cycle recruitment activities which includes: Posting Positions, Pre-Screening & Interviewing candidates over the phone, Interview arrangements & Closing.

• Candidate must have strong experience with high volume recruitment in Greenfield & brownfield projects.

• Possess a strong sense of Urgency & Flexibility.

• Working with Recruitment, Selection of candidates, Offers, Salary negotiations, Interview techniques.

• Discuss the core of the Job Description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job.

• Preparing daily and weekly Recruitment Reports, Meetings and Conference calls. Pre-interview preparation and Post-Interview follow-up.

• Understanding of client's requirements. Regular interaction with the clients.

• Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Maintain the candidate's database of various levels.. Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations.

Essential Conditions:

• Candidate must be from Greater Noida.

• Fresher or candidates having experience in Recruitment Consultancy

• Good knowledge of the internet.

• Decent communication skills.

• Must have own laptop.
