-Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating from junior to senior level positions.

-Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific requirements.

-Develop a creative way to attract the right people.

-Postings and Networking within a time frame.

-Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv's, Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from

Job Boards like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.

-Ability to Frequently communicate with the Clients & Team.

-Posting vacancies on portals.

-Responsible for negotiation.

-Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching the consistency and giving perfection to them for presenting it to clients.

-Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
