Profile overview: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill short-term contract positions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and select candidates for short-term roles.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.

Extend job offers and manage onboarding process.

Maintain recruitment data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR or related field.

Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
