Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• Review resumes and job applications, and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications.

• Conduct reference checks and background investigations for selected candidates. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Facilitate the hiring process by negotiating job offers and assisting with the onboarding process.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.

• Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment metrics and other relevant data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
