Prerequisites:

Any Graduate

Excellent written & Verbal Communication skills.

Experience - NIL - Freshers who are looking to make career in Human Resource / Recruitment

operating Computers, Microsoft Apps, Email Writing is MUST, Please do not Apply if you don't have these skills

Good in Excel Functions

Good / Decent Typing Speed

Job Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding job descriptions, screening profiles from various job portals

2. Connecting candidates with various skills

3. Collecting their primary information & updating database

4. Validating candidates according to the job description

5. Scheduling interviews and keeping a track of the same

6. Validating the documents of the candidates

7. Involving in joining & on-boarding process of candidate

8. Maintaining clean & up to date information / database

9. Preparing MIS reports

Office Time - AM to 6 PM -

2nd & 4th Saturday Off
