Sourcing the Candidate.

Selecting the proper Candidate for Manufacturing companies.

Candidate Should be Comfortable with Field Work.

He should be able to handle the Pressure

Providing Man Power for Manufacturing companies

Candidate Should be Comfortable with Field Work.

will have to work more on Referencing

Should have good contact.

Profile of a desirable candidate :

Undergraduate / Graduate Fresher are Eligible

Candidate Having Experience in mass hiring, bulk hiring, campus hiring

Candidate having Sales or Marketing or any Field Work Experience are also Eligible

Candidate who had worked for Social Work or as a Mobilizer are also Eligible

Should be Comfortable to do Field Work

Traveling Allowance will be Provided

Candidate will be preferred from Tamil Nadu
