We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Recruiter. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a passion for recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate outreach, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and hiring criteria.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
