Job Description
• 1- Years of Experience BPO Requirement is mandatory for Domestic and International
• If you have exposure of interviewing with various job interview formats, screening skills of candidates through phone, group interview, and have skills to help us fast recruitment, we will please to meet you.
• Evaluation of Candidates through Identifying, Shortlisting and Interviewing ., full-cycle recruitment.
• Background Checks, keeping Job Post updated and sourcing candidates online.
• To hire and retain qualified candidates, you will play an important role, along with this you will be the person who will build the strong brand value for our organization.
Responsibility
• Preparing Job Description and update.
• Use various available resources online and offline (Job Portals and social media) for potential candidates
• Sending Recruitment email
• Shortlisting of applications and resumes
• Line-Up & Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Coordinate with Hiring Manager or Hiring Executive
Requirements
• Experienced as an HR Recruiter (proven track record) (Specifically for BPO Industry).
• 1- Years of Experience Domestic and International BPO Requirement is mandatory
• Acquaintance and “how to deal” with resume data base and applicant tracking system
• Well Versed with how to source techniques.
• Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Evaluation perception and method must be very good.
