Designation: HR RECRUITER

Experience: 1 to 4 Yrs. ( B2B Lead Generation )

Candidate Type: Females Only.

Experience: 8 months to 1yr (Minimum)

Salary Range: 2,16,000PA- 4,20,000 PA

Shifts 1pm to 10pm

Location : PUNE

Required Skills: -

Open to learn & positive, dedicated to work attitude

Basic or strong knowledge of PMS & Talent Acquisition

Proficiency in MS Office -Excel, PPT & Outlook

Proficiency in speaking and writing English

End to end recruitment and interview processes

Documentation & Onboarding process

Leave Management

Responsible for complete co-ordination of PMS including goal settling & KRA'S

Maintain HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc)

Create and Submit reports to senior management

Liaise with other departments or functions

Coordinate training sessions and seminars

Support other functions as assigned
