• Manage end to end recruitment life cycle for Non –IT positions PAN India.
• Communicate with the clients to understand the requirements properly.
• Source relevant profiles/resume /cv from various sources like , indeed, linkedin, referrals etc
• Craft and post job postings on various platforms to attract right candidates.
• Craft and send recruitment communication with current job openings to candidates.
• Screen profiles as per the requirement, communicate with candidates for screening interview, candidate evaluation, briefing the position & client’s background.
• Maintain and update database of the candidates.
• Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates.
• Share relevant CVs with the clients.
• Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates and coordinate throughout the process.
• Act as a Single point of contact for relevant position until it is closed.
• Keep accumulating basic understanding of different industries, departments, job profiles.
